This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Upon check in we got to our room and the AC was not working. So we have to change rooms that evening. Originally someone from the front desk was going to come up and move us and give us new keys. She called and said she was busy at the front desk and asked us to come down. We get to the new room and the sink is leaking. There are also no bath towels. We call the front desk - it’s 9:30p at night at this point - and she says she is here alone and we have to come down and get them. We go down to get the towels. We tell the front desk worker about all the issue and ask if something can be done. She says she can’t do anything right now because there are other guests waiting and to talk to someone in the morning. Not a great way to leave an impression on guests.
