The quiet location of thus hotel was appreciated after previously staying in a noisy popular ski location the week before.  The hotel itself is very homely and the staff were very hospitable and friendly.  We had a large renovated room which was very comfortable and the breakfast nice enough, and it was only a short walk to the centre of Oberstdorf.  Only stayed a few nights, but could have easily stayed longer.  Recommend this hotel.
