Staff is super friendly and are always willing to help.
The rooms are dated but the bathrooms are new and comfortable.
The negative for me is the noise coming out from the street. It was imposible to sleep without being woken up by people in the nearby bars screaming and singing from 11pm till 2-3 in the morning. Not ideal when you are waking up early in the morning to go skiing. 
Rooms smell of chlorine and are super hot at night without air conditioning to regulate it.
Breakfast buffet is good with plenty of choice.

From the moment we arrived to checking out this hotel experience was just faultless.  All of the staff are happy, attentive and offer outstanding customer service.  I have stayed in many high end hotels but nothing compares to my experience here.  The rooms are lovely, clean and functional.  Location was paramount for the view of the mountains and closeness to gondola for skiing.  The food is excellent, varied and fresh. Again all the staff are happy and genuinely want to give you that special experience.  We loved our stay and will not stay anywhere else from now on for our ski trips.  Well done Piolets 👏

Hotel Piolet city centre could not have been a better place to stay for our ski trip to Andorra. It was so very convenient to the slopes, gondola, and  ski lockers.  We started our days with a fantastic buffet breakfast and ended them in the bar/lounge where there was a great apres ski vibe.  The staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful, The two we saw most were Rosario and Alba.  Rosario was especially helpful in helping to track down our list luggage.  In short would gladly stay here again if I am lucky enough to come back to Andorra!

An absolutely perfect stay – a hotel that deserves more than 4 stars
From the very first moment, we were welcomed in the warmest and kindest way. The entire staff is genuinely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. Every request is handled quickly and efficiently, and any issue — if it appears at all — is resolved immediately and with great professionalism.
I truly felt at home during my stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, relaxed, and inviting. The sleep quality was excellent, with peace, comfort, and quiet at the highest level.
The location is simply outstanding — the hotel is directly on the ski slope, a true ski-in/ski-out experience. It is an extremely exclusive position with a breathtaking view. If we were to compare the feeling, it is like staying right on the seafront, except here you are literally on the ski slope. Absolutely incredible.
Although the hotel is officially rated with four stars, it truly feels like a hotel that deserves more than 4 stars, thanks to the location, service, atmosphere, and overall experience.
The food is fantastic — delicious, varied, and beautifully prepared. Above all, what impressed us the most were the people. The warmth, kindness, and professionalism of the entire staff made our stay truly special.
A special mention goes to Cesar, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and always smiling — a perfect example of outstanding service.
