Thank you very much for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay with us. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated our convenient location near St. Moritz, the comfort of our hotel, the breakfast selection, and the convenience of our parking garage.
We’re sorry, however, for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the spa closing time and the access to your room on the 7th floor. The spa officially closes at 8 p.m., but the team begins cleaning and closing procedures shortly before – we’ll make sure our communication on this point is clearer in the future.
We truly appreciate your helpful feedback, which allows us to improve, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the Schweizerhof on another occasion.

Hotel was okay, our room was on 7th floor which you have to take the stairs from 6th floor.
Parking garage is a plus point, but you have to pay 18 franc extra for it.
otherwise there is no other parking in the nearby location.
Breakfast was not bad, lot's of choice, and you can order extra omelette.
Spa was quite disappointing, the reception and all the information said that the spa is open till 8pm, but when I was there they were close at 7.45 pm.
