This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff! I spent 9 nights here as part of a ski trip. There is a convenient locker room for ski equipment, and an on-call shuttle van to take you to different areas of the nearby mountains. I had both breakfast and dinner included; breakfast featured an extensive buffet, as well as eggs and crepes made to order. Dinner featured a revolving assortment of sushi, shellfish, charcuterie, and local dishes (roast pork knuckle, goulash, spatzle, etc.). My top floor room was spacious and clean, and included: a refrigerator, smart TV, king bed, small couch, writing table, large armoire, heated towel rack, bidet, skylight, etc.

This was by far our most amazing family vacation ever! We are so happy that we booked an entire week here at Grand Hotel Wolkenstein. From the time we arrived untill the day we had to leave, the place, food, rooms, spa, pool were beyond our expectations. It felt like an amazing dream for our family of 7, including the grand-parents. The room service was great, the ladies were very friendly and always helpful.   They are doing a great job! The waiters were very friendly, always smiling and serving us with everything we needed at breakfast and dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer!
