Worst customer service you can imagine. I made several calls to the hotel, put on hold, cut-off calls, etc. Expensive and very poor experience

Poor customer experience

Excellent stay at this Hotel. Staff were really friendly and understood and spoke English. Rooms were made up every day including all fresh towels. Lots of bench seats outside with waitress service so you could sit and watch the skiing. Only had the Breakfast option which was reasonable. Ski Equipment hire was joined on to the side of the hotel with a very helpful man running it and sorted you out with what we needed. View from room was excellent.

Cons
Tea/Coffee in Room is chargeable.
Baked Beans at Breakfast cold as not kept heated.
There is a short steep slope to get from the ski slope to the outside seating area which is very slippery have added a photo.

Overall i would rate this Hotel 10/10

5 Excellent nights at Ice Angels Hotel

This place is an absolute joke! The waitress with the blonde hair couldn’t be bothered to serve us and was making constant face expressions. Rude staff and extremely long waiting times. The food is also not worth it. Avoid at all cost, there are much better places in the area!

AVOID AT ALL COST! 😩

Probably the best location in Borovets with true ski-in, ski-out ability, right next to both a chair and button lift; wonderful view; great service; lovely clean, well-equipped rooms; reasonable breakfast - lovely place to stay.

However, being so close to the slopes also has its drawback, with the noise from the karaoke bar two buildings down going on to the early hours, with the only distraction from drunk Tina Turner wannabes coming with the rollout of the Pistenbullys working throughout the night.

I'd stay again, but I'd definitely bring some earplugs.

This is why we booked this hotel It’s location Which is the best in the village by far 

In the end it wasn’t the location that was the best but the Staff…

Svetloe and his team made our trip so much better than it could have been 

Due to a ski ending injury on the first morning , the whole staff for the remainder of the holiday could not do enough for us Extremely grateful 

Hotel is warm, spotlessly clean, good food, well laid out and have amazing helpful and kind staff throughout all departments 

We will be returning next ski season with the rest of the family and look forward to spending time in the refurbished spa
