We spent Christmas here. The rooms are a bit dated, and upon arrival, it took a while to find staff. Otherwise, it's a hotel that focuses on its guests, and it was a pleasant stay, and we had a fantastic time. During the Christmas holidays, they made it so cozy with fire pits on the terrace, and there was a snack every day. There was a walk to collect the Bethlehem Light, and there was a kids' club. We could go on forever, but we highly recommend a stay at this hotel, especially during the Christmas holidays.

An exceptional family run hotel with superb mountain views and excellent accommodation including a wellness SPA and swimming pool.  Friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful restaurant with local produce. An idyllic setting with a wide range of activities available whether you are young or old. Very relaxing.
Not our first visit and plan to return in the near future! Easy to travel from the UK by rail and to enjoy the spectacular scenery en route.
