We stayed two nights here and found it to be just fine.  We arrived late in the day because we had chosen to drive Grosslockner as well as visit Five Fingers on the same day. The Grosslockner drive took longer than we anticipated. The owners were kind enough to recommend where to have dinner and were very welcoming with just enough English. The room was fine with a lovely small balcony with a view of the rolling hills. 

It is a short walk to the centre of the small town, with a couple of extra options for eating. As well there are two restaurants very close to the hotel- we tried one. There is a grocery store in town as well. We stayed in this spot because we wanted to go to the falls and it was a perfect location for this. 

Breakfast was fine- dining room quite pretty. We were alone dining both mornings. There were not many people at the hotel in June and it felt quiet- which was fine with us. 

The only real comment I would make is that the owners smoked constantly sitting at the front door. We learned that most people seemed to smoke in this part of the world especially in the patios of any restaurant. We are not used to this and truly it made eating at restaurants as well as coming into the hotel less than enjoyable. 

All in all it was a good experience in a good location for proximity to the falls.

Lovely resort wonderfully located with ski to door access. Hotel owners were particularly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate and varied. Rooms were large and spacious with beautiful mountain and town views. Kitchenette was filled with necessary amenities including a dishwasher, kettle and surprisingly delicious drinkable tap water. (Area is noted for fresh mountain water for which people travel specifically to drink !!) Modern and clean wooden finish, with a very alpine feel. Lovely experience.

30 minutes from Gerlos/köningsleiten and 45 miinutes from Kitzbühl. 
I had a fabolous holliday, especially due to the companionship ;-)

We had a suite at the Natur Resort which was very spacious and comfortable.  Having a small kitchen was great for preparing our packed lunches for a days hiking.  The staff were friendly and helpful and their English was ok. I was lucky my Dutch partner could speak  German. The buffet breakfast was excellent something for everyone.  The hotel is very traditional looking with lovely flower filled balconies. The village itself is small but has everything you need. There is a couple of nice resturants, one being at the bottom on the road where the menu is varied and well priced. We visited in the summer to go hiking and it is an ideal location for exploring the local mountains which were breath taking.  This hotel is not just for winter skiing the area is beautiful in the summer too.  I would highly recommend this hotel.
