We stayed here for 7 nights over New Year as a family of four with two young children, alongside friends who have stayed many times before and recommended the property. Sadly, our experience was ruined by noise.
A new restaurant has opened inside the building this season (not present last year according to our friends) and was located almost directly above our apartment. For 5 out of the 7 nights, it effectively operated as a nightclub, with extremely loud music continuing until around 2am and 5am for one night. The noise was relentless and made sleep impossible for both adults and children. One neighbouring apartment was so affected they reportedly called the police.
In contrast, our friends staying at the opposite end of the building slept peacefully every night (we ended up on their sofa on the worst night) - highlighting how room location is critical, yet this was never disclosed to us when booking.
We raised the issue with management daily, asking to be moved or for a solution to be found - we were told the restaurant was a different entity, meaning there was nothing they could do. We also followed up with multiple emails, all of which have gone completely unanswered. The lack of response or accountability from MMV has been extremely disappointing.
We left the holiday exhausted and frustrated. Sleep is fundamental to any holiday, especially when young children are enrolled in ski lessons every morning - and instead of enjoying our stay, we dreaded each night.
This was an expensive holiday that failed to deliver the most basic requirement: a place to rest. We are still awaiting any acknowledgment or resolution.
If you are considering staying here, check your apartment location carefully and avoid the restaurant end of the building at all costs! (we stayed in F104)

Great except for the lack sleep thanks to a pumping bar right above the rooms - not family friendly.
