- Wi-Fi access (price per device) : Simply connect to our supplier's website and pay directly by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) upon first connection. The prices are as follows: 1 day: €6, 3 days: €12, 1 week: €20, 2 weeks: €30, 1-week family offer (3 devices): €30, 2-week family offer: €40. Goélia will provide the customer with the website's homepage upon arrival but is not involved in the order or connection.

- End of stay cleaning : If the accommodation is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness, or if the holidaymaker prefers not to do it: €65 for accommodation for 2 to 5 people, €89 for accommodation for 6 to 7 people, €99 for accommodation for 8 to 9 people and €119 for accommodation for 10 people (to be paid on site). In any case, the accommodation must be returned with the kitchenette clean (dishes washed and put away). Daily cleaning is available on request.

- Covered parking : €45/week. To be paid on site, subject to availability.

- Pets: Small pets are allowed on a leash for an additional fee of €11/night or €49/week to be paid on site. Please notify us upon registration (rabies certificate required). Attack dogs and category 2 (guard/defense) dogs are prohibited. Only 1 pet per accommodation.

- Bread and pastries delivered every morning to the residence (to be reserved and paid for the day before at reception).

- Laundry : price on site.

- Maintenance kit : (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, sanitary detergent, sponge, garbage bag): €7/kit.

- Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath) left in the accommodation: €15 / stay. To be booked at the same time as the accommodation and subject to availability . Regarding beds, in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations, we do not provide additional mattresses in order to guarantee the safety of your children. To be paid on-site.

We booked this "apartment hotel" through a package company for skiing wanting to try a skiing self-catered experience having tried it in our home country before (England). However, the experience here was very different to what we were used to.
First off, the check-in experience was OK but very disorganised with a queue forming around the room, forms to fill out (each pile of forms had different prices on it) and no pens to fill out the forms. The receptionists spoke excellent English however the person who printed the forms obviously used google translate in a hurry as none of it made any sense.
To the apartment. We booked two apartments, directly next to each other. Our apartment had excellent decor and a fully fitted kitchenette with multiple appliances (raclette, toastie maker) and games (cards, trivial pursuit) whilst our friend's apartment hailed back to USSR with a single uncomfortable fold out sofa and empty kitchenette. The central heating system was different as well, ours using networked newish heaters and friend's using wall mounted space heaters. Unsure if this is a timeshare where people buy the chalets, furnish them and then get a cut of rentals but the disparity was shocking.
For consumables, both apartments were empty; maybe it is the way the French do it but there wasn't even washing up liquid/soap or sponges. There is usually some expectation that we won't have to fit out an entire apartment when staying self-catered. This can be countered by the fact that this is almost certainly catered for those who are within driving distance and can bring these things from home. I believe 99% of the people that were staying here were French and 100% of the people there drove in. Fitting teatowels/washing up liquid/cooking consumables in a suitcase alongside skiing/filming equipment was not possible so we had to pay out for these things.
The Inventory system needs to be reviewed. We were handed an inventory sheet to fill out and return within 12 hours (??). The inventory sheet was clearly indepth but also extremely generic as one apartment had 16 plates and 20 forks whilst the other apartment had 3 plates and 1 fork. Both inventories listed 4 plates and 4 forks. and of course, the cost of everything on the inventory was inflated.
Not something to be helped but be aware that this is located on a large hill so if you are placed at the top apartments walking up and down daily with all your gear can be arduous and the final descent is a thin steep mud path. At the bottom of the hill is the bus stop that comes every (seemingly random) minutes and is about 5 minutes from the slopes. On the way back the bus will go the opposite direction around the town so thats about 15 minutes~ and occasionally it will go to the end of the town which is around 30 minutes (happened once all week). But you will get back eventually
Finally, cleanliness left something to be desired, visually it looked clean but the floor and surfaces were obviously only ceremoniously wiped to remove visible dirt. WIthin minutes of walking on the floor our socks were blackened and sticky. Under the beds were dust balls and all upholstery was extremely dusty. These apartments need a deep clean regularly and it can't be expected to rely on the guests to do this properly everytime.
