We had a great stay at the Silver King Resort. We stayed in Unit 415. There was plenty of space for our family of 5.  The proximity to Park City Resort for skiing was great and we were happy to have access to a ski locker during our stay. We had our roof box on our SUV so we didn't fit in the underground parking garage but we were able to park in a small outdoor lot that was still convenient and we never had a problem getting a spot.   The bonus of staying at the Silver King vs. a regular VRBO was the service, we could call the front desk with any concerns or if we had housekeeping needs (including taking out the trash) and at checkout we just left the keys, there was no long list of tasks to complete. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great stay for Skiing Park City

I spent a lot of time researching before I booked our Park City accommodation, and we have all been over the moon with the choice. Don't hesitate. Great unit. Perfect location if you intend on skiing. We are an Australian family of 6, so three couples and booked one of the two story 3 bedroom units. The unit is lovely and honestly felt like home the minute we walked in. We had the best home base for the 5 days we were there. It's such a homely unit. The bed was firm and I think needs an upgrade so a  better bed would have been icing on the cake so to speak.Pool was awesome very warm as was the hit spa. The sauna was not working as yet. Overall great location and undercover parking. We will be back

Basically, the Silver King Condos are pleasant, clean, and well located.  Our room was well furnished two bedroom condo.  The appliances were relatively new.  One of the toilet seats was poorly maintained requiring a simple repair.  The view from our 3rd floor condo was beautiful.  
The public buses made getting around Park City  free and easy.  I would recommend Silver King to anyone.

First time summer visit

The key to satisfaction is to have low expectations: Given that PC and DV are comically overpriced during the ski season - this is a reasonable option with great access to both PC mountain (5 min walk to lift) or bus to DV in front of the hotel. The rooms are privately owned so likely hit and miss. Ours was rustic but clean and comfortable - with lots of light and space. The hotel also provides ski lockers and some discount for the ski rental next door. There is not much of a lobby and the gym and pool exist but are somewhat basic. 
In general, PC (and to a lesser extent DV) during the ski season is not very pleasant, as everything is full/overrun with tourists and hence lifts, restaurants and hotels tend to be overcrowded and pricey - eg., a ski day pass for $279 is a reason not to come anymore.

Good location for PC Mountain

We were a family of five adults staying at Silver King from February 8th-15th. We have stayed at many condos over the years and we collectively felt that this was our least favorite. First, the condition of our condo (Unit 510)  was not anywhere near 5 star. The carpet was worn, stained and starting to buckle in many places. The heating system was very noisy......sounded like a train was coming.  We were told this is an issue throughout all the condo units as the heating system is old.  The fireplace chimney needed to be cleaned as the smoke backed up into the condo. You would have thought that there would be standards that each condo owner would have to adhere to. Clearly not the case here. 

The condo was lacking basic supplies like salt and pepper. The hot tub in the pool area was not hot. The gym was lacking as it only had a few ellipticals and free weights.  They didn't have basic weight machines.

 We also were surprised by the lack of support from the management company that runs the facility. When we asked for new towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc, it felt like we were pulling teeth to have them provide the basics. When we asked where to put our garbage when full, we were told to take it to the dumpster in the parking lot.....really?!!!  Whatever the owners are paying for the management company's services, they should be challenging their lack of service.  

We had a great time skiing as the conditions were amazing. But we would never pick Silver King again for our accommodations as the price we paid (expensive) did not come anywhere near the quality of our condo or the facilities.

Disappointing
