Everything about the hotel is great - from the moment you arrive and are greeted warmly at reception,  to the moment you leave, and everything in between.  Great rooms, great food and great staff!

Another lovely holiday

This is a super traditional Austrian Spa Hotel. Food is excellent, rooms are comfortable. It is in a great location only a short walk from the railway station and town centre.
Great facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna and relaxation areas. Indoor pool is open from 7 am to around 7 pm. Sauna's are open in the afternoon only.
Hotel provides a good daily activities programme normally including a morning exercise class, a daily hike, sauna infusions etc. There are also free bikes for guests to use.
In addition, the hotel arranges a free bowling evening at the sister hotel Alpen Park which is 5 minutes walk away.
Really nothing at all to criticise, we had a super break and the hotel provided top class service for everything. Only comment would be the closeness of other buildings to the hotel which is not obvious from the website photographs.
