Terms & Conditions

• The competition is open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18 years or over only, except employees of Mumsnet or Heidi, and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or adjudication of the competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include Heidi's booking conditions here. 

• If you tick the box above to opt in to Heidi's marketing communications, you'll get £100 off a qualifying booking of £1,000 or more, applied when your booking is confirmed. Full terms for this offer are available here. To receive this discount, you'll need to remain opted in to our marketing communications until after the competition has closed. 

• How to enter the giveaway: complete the entry form above. The giveaway will commence on 21 September 2026 and finish on 21 October 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the day of closure. 

• The prize draw will take place once entry has closed. No entry submitted after this time will be accepted unless stated otherwise. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, automated entries, lost or corrupted entries for whatever reason.

• The promoters are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with, or indeed not connected to this competition.

• The winner will be notified via email with details of how to claim their prize. This will only come from an official Heidi email address. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, Heidi will reserve the right (but not obligation) to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• The promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoters.

• There is one prize for one winner: £4,000 Heidi holiday credit. The credit is flexible to allow the winner to customise their holiday to suit their desired duration, dates and preferences - subject to availability.  The credit must be used on a ski holiday package including flights, accommodation and airport transfers. The credit will be applied to the winner’s Heidi account on heidi.com. If the base holiday price comes to less than £4,000, any remaining balance can be used for extras such as lift passes, ski equipment hire and ski lessons. The full amount of £4,000 must be spent in a single booking transaction, no cash difference will be granted if any of the credit is unspent.If the winner's desired holiday package and extras amount to a greater value than £4,000, the prize credit will be deducted from the total holiday cost and the balance must be paid for by the prize winner. The holiday must be booked by 20th April 2027 and all return travel completed before 25th April 2027.

• There is no alternative, cash or otherwise, to the stated prize. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The winner must book the holiday and be one of the passengers travelling. Other passengers under 18 years are allowed to travel as long as they are travelling with the winner.

• All Heidi flight inclusive packages are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. In the event of the winner cancelling their trip once it is booked, they will not receive a refund for the £4,000 credit. Any additional amount paid on top of the £4,000 credit will be subject to Heidi's usual booking conditions.

• Prizes are subject to availability. If circumstances beyond the promoters’ control make it necessary to substitute the prize, they reserve the right to do so with a prize of equal or greater value.

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Entries under a false name will not be accepted. The draw will be conducted using a randomised computer process.

• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy: Heidi privacy policy. 

• The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by writing to Heidi at the following address: 63 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JZ.

• You are providing your information to Mumsnet and Heidi - they shall have the right, at their sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. The promoters also reserve the right to cancel the giveaway at any time. The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
