Excellent hotel.  The location is brilliant, 5 min walk into the town where there are shops and restaurants and there is a fab blue run which is so accessible.  You just come out of the hotel from the ski boot room (which is brilliant), through their car park and you are right on the snow.  There is a button lift there which takes you to the top of the blue run (great for a beginner like me), then at the top you have the option to go off to the right and ski down to the cable car lift so the location is excellent.    The facilities here are great, lovely pools and the spa is lovely.  Its the staff that make this place, you can tell its a family hotel, the owners are always around which is really nice.   All the staff clearly work so hard, the housekeeping staff do a great job, the mini Milka chocolates are a lovely touch every day.   The restaurant staff are just lovely.  Special shout out to Kira and Smiljana who we had every night and they are so friendly and helpful.   Also the food is just amazing, special kudos to the chefs, as a vegetarian, I struggle sometimes away from England but this is the best vegetarian food ive had in years and the buffet is huge.    I highly recommend this hotel, its such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, I would love to see what its like during the summer.  Its beautiful in the winter, I bet its even more beautiful during the summer.

The hotel is very good, with just a few small areas that could be improved. Our room faced the road, so there was some noise from traffic and people outside. The corridors to the rooms feel a bit dated, and the gym could benefit from an upgrade as well. Other than that, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful, and the location is perfect.
