Stayed in an apartment in the Micheline Chalet next to the hotel, sking the first week in February.
The Eggli gondola is ideally located less than a minute from the hotel making the ski area so accessible.
Accommodation was spacious, well designed and spotlessly clean. There is a superb private spa in the basement.
The hotel is family owned and expertly  managed .
Staff were extremely friendly and 
helpful .  Ambiance in the hotel was pleasant and relaxed .
This hotel is more four star than three.
You can eat in the restaurant or pizzeria. Food was acceptable.
 You can walk into the village centre in 10 to 15 mins.
Would strongly recommend the restaurant in the Post Hotel Rossli or the bar in the Olden, should you feel like splashing out a bit.
This was my third visit to Arc en Ciel and hopefully will return soon.

Fabulous time. This hotel is underrated. The rooms are beautiful. I fell asleep with the trickling stream in the background. Rooms are incredibly nice/fit in with the location. They kept the spa open a little late for me so I could sauna.

Love it. Think it's underrated in the sea of Gstaad hotels.
