Stayed at the familie room which spacius with two separate bedrooms.

Breakfast good and also the dinner buffet is good for the price.

Our stay at Hotel Alpina, Kranjska Gora, was a disaster.

Found hair in three beds and on the towels.

Receptionist admitted she "wanted to go home" and couldn't help.

Even the replacement sheets and towels had hair on them,

We ended up changing all bed covers ourselves at midnight.

When we left an honest review, the hotel's owner publicly accused us of lying and even mentioned the "long black hair" found - an irrelevant and borderline discriminatory comment. Instead of apologizing or addressing the hygiene issue, they blamed the guests and exposed their own lack of professionalism.

This place has serious cleanliness and management problems.

Avoid it completely - there are far better and cleaner options in Kranjska Gora.

Shockingly Unhygienic and Rude Management Avoid This Hotel

Due to its cosy and relaxed atmosphere, families particularly favour the Alpina hotel. Among points in its favour is its location right on the ski slope, which enables you to simply step out of the hotel and start skiing in winter or take one of the many walking paths in other seasons.
