Pittlanderhof

Muttereralm

We’ve been coming to Pittlanderhof for years and know the owner, Lydia Jäger, personally, so for full transparency that is part of our perspective. That said, we keep returning for a reason.

The location is genuinely hard to beat. You are right between two tram stops and only about 50 meters from four bus stops, with six different lines connecting you in all directions. Whether you want to go straight into Innsbruck or explore other ski areas with hundreds of kilometers of slopes, everything is easily accessible without a car.

The apartments are cosy, well maintained, and very practical. The beds are excellent, which is not always the case in holiday apartments, and the kitchens are well equipped and easily sufficient to cook for a family of four.

We have only stayed during winter so far, where the direct access to Mutterer Alm is a big advantage. We cannot comment on summer stays.

If you are looking for a relaxed and well connected base for skiing around Innsbruck, this place consistently delivers.
