Hotel's facilities are pretty regular. Kitchen also may be called ordinary at all. At same time you paying exactly for what you get. But what's doing a really difference - it's a hotels staff and management. Due to airport closing i was forced to stay to unexpected 2 weeks. All my requests and issues staff was solving with the smile in in minimal time. In this weird covid times i was stuck in a foreign country but felt like almost at home.
Once more - thanks to the staff and personal thank you to Ilya.

Exceptionally kind and professional staff and management

Totally disrespectful staff and manager; there was a constant sound from a hotel s pump affecting our room and sleep and we were actually asked to put up with it. When I asked to speak to the manager, a man came to our room, did not introduce himself and offered us another room where the sound was worse- he admitted he hadn t even checked it before! 

Overall poor service and disrespectful behaviour. There is definitely a lot of room for impovement.

Not recommended

I have visited this hotel with my friend and was very good. I paid a tiny amount of money, and I had breakfast ( avarege quality ) , and free spa
 The room was amazing, spaceful and full of furniture equipment. Very beautiful view of our balcony.  The only problem was the Wi Fi. I didn't expect that quality!!!

Very good

The hotel was simple and cheap, with a small spa area. It is close to the gondola station, which is good for skiers/snowboarders. Unfortunately, on close inspection, my bed sheets were ripped and the pull-out bed had a big yellow stain on it. Breakfast was disappointing, little to no options, ended up living on salads. Overall, a cheap, short stay with ups and downs.

It exceeded my expectations really. 
Cheap price, large room (even for a one person), WI-FI, tv, kitchen, sofa, tv, terrace with look on the ski terrains... even if you stay in the room there's no way you would get bored.
Oh, and not to forget the pool and spa, although the spa sometimes isn't working as it should.
