Such a greedy hotel. The receptionist was extremely impolite and was shouting at us. Probably she has some connection with the manager, otherwise she wouldn’t be working at the reception! 

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want a bad experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zelloon Hotel! This charming, family-run boutique hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and impeccably maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway in the mountains. The rooms are beautifully designed in a clean, Scandinavian style, with attention to every little detail. Everything felt fresh, stylish, and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was amazing - served to the table with care and beautifully presented. 

Huge thanks to Veronica and Ivana, who were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming. They assisted with everything I needed, from local tips to personal touches that made me feel right at home. They also have a great wellness area which is truly exceptional. The location is ideal—just a few minutes’ walk (or a very short drive) from the Zillertal Arena cable car. This was a perfect experience for a perfect ski vacation. Peaceful, stylish, welcoming, and well-located, with top-notch spa facilities. I highly recommend Zelloon Hotel and will definitely be returning. A true hidden gem in the Zillertal region!
