This hotel is located perfectly on the resort, views amazing, food and music on terrace every day great fun. Can get ski passes and hire equipment within the hotel which is very handy. Kids enjoyed the couple of shows tgey went to look at, karaoke night a massive hit.......however the negatives...the bar staff are so rude, not all but 2 in particular, we were often skipped for French speaking customers, we had eye rolling and in general not a good interaction... with our small children even noticing. We are irish so friendly people, and this did not sit well with any of us, we were a large group.
 Our room for a 5 person family was  ridiculously small, suiyable for 4 max!!!    not enough storage, and a simple thing that would have really helped AN EXTRA mirror, a teenage daughter trying to get ready with 4 others needing a shower not easy!!!!  In general the rooms could do with brightening up. Buffet did the job some days alot better than others ...would have helped to have had what various dishes were, written in english...

There's pros and unfortunately cons

The main terrace and most of the rooms at the Les Cimes Club Selection boast unbeatable panoramic views of the Alps. Located in the traditional old town of the Avoriaz resort, and at the very heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area (the 2nd biggest in Europe), you can ski in and out of this perfect, sun-kissed destination at 1800m.
