I do not normally write reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion as felt some of the reviews left were inaccurate and did not represent an accurate description of wonderful hotel.

My husband and I have the pleasure to be guests currently at this superb establishment, its location to the Grafenberg lift is perfect as literally takes five minutes, there is also excellent ski rental shop on site where we had pre=booked our skis as extra discount if book in advance.

We were greeted on arrival with a glass of Prosecco or Orange juice if preferred and a delicious Waffle.  Our room was not ready as arrived in the morning but we were shown to a room to store our luggage while we waited.  This allowed us to sort out our skis and the lovely receptionist escorted us to the Ski shop.to collect these.

We were advised our room was ready quite quickly, Receptionist explained how to book your evening meals, which could be done at breakfast,  Spa facilities, bars etc., We were handed our key and receptionist kindly escorted to ski locker area, where we had a locker-each. Once our skis were stored we were escorted back to retrieve our cases and shown how to lifts to access our room. 

The room on entry was amazing, spacious, ultra modern bathroom, good storage, coffee machine, and a lovely large balcony. 

There had previously been some negative feedback about the bed, pillows etc., Incan tell you that was not the case with ours, it was a dream to comeback to after a hard days skiing.  

The shower was superb with excellent power, and consistent with temperature as selected.

Housekeeping staff could not do enough for you and our room was always immaculate.

There are two restraunts are superb, breakfast had something for everyone, and in the evening you have a choice of Italian which was our favourite. The Austrian restaurant was also excellent and my wife loved this as did Asian nights etc., with more exotic dishes which she devoured.

The Pool and Spa area are beautiful, where you can sit/lie in the Sauna overlooking the mountains.

The staff are welcoming, friendly and cannot do enough for you and always greeted with a smile.

There was negative comments about tipping but this was no different than what your normally asked via the card machine and not asked every time, you ordered a drink, only when you settled your tab when leaving, and you can say No, though the amount of money requested for the tip if decided to give was negligible and the staff provided an excellent service and very diligent, so why not.

I have given an honest reflection of out experience at the Adapura Hotel which earns five stars from myself and my wife.
