We brought 28 people to this hotel and the staff made everyone happy.
The rooms are big and clean. 
The location is perfect, 1 minute from the Ski Area and 3 minutes from the main thermal areas. 
The staff has promptly answered every question and request we've had before, during, and after the stay. 
I highly suggest this place for your holidays in Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Perfect location, very clean, amazing staff.

We recently stayed at this hotel ( four adults and a child). The newly appointed multilingual hotel manager (and her team) were extremely friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was lovely, offering a great choice of fresh food. The breakfast here was better than at some of the more expensive hotel, in Bad Kleinkirchheim, that we had previously stayed at. Situated at the back of the hotel, is a natural pool to cool off in after a hike in the mountains. Although this hotel is situated on a main road, it is quiet and relaxing, especially if your room is facing the mountains. We would definitely stay here again in the summer.

This guest house is conveniently located on the main road, well kept and clean. The rooms are comfortable and of a generous size (some with balcony and view on the valley). The menu of the restaurant it's limited, mostly tipycal Austrian, but good enough (especially fresh water fish) and served in a dining room with a great view. Managed without frills and thrills but in a very efficient, and mostly satisfactory way, for the guests. Note to the manager:  please have a better selection of wines and do not charge water in caraffe.

Our visit was off season so we never encountered any cigarette smoke anywhere.  Besides  there are separate rooms.  The staff were very friendly;  however we are an Austrian/Canadian couple so maybe that was why.  We do not expect people to speak English when in their country  - if they do, then that is a bonus.  However,  they did make an effort and we had no problem.  The breakfast was the usual  and the selection was good.   Some  just need to find problems.

Absolutely ridiculous!the rooms was quite clean..it was the only good thing.but the staff in restaurant didnt speak english..next the restaurant was some smoking bar so every evening after dinner we smelled like a big cigarett.the food was really bad-everything which we didnt eat for dinner we found for breakfast (for example some fish after new years night!).for breakfast was every day the same rolls,cheese and ham..nothing warm like eggs,sausages or dark rolls..it was really the worst accomodation.
