The accomodation is clean and spacious. Our room looked directly out to the mountains. The staff were the most helpful we have had. We felt very welcome. The owner even let us check in early and then gave us his time by suggesting where to walk and where restaurants were etc. we were only here for one night and wish it was longer.

Outstanding service, warmth and welcome. Thank you to Gregor, Enej and the whole family for helping us with everything we needed. 

We stayed in the apartment room 2 and the whole place was roomy, beds were comfortable and the lounge diner and kitchenette was more than suitable for our needs of our small family. 

The breakfast was a really delicious spread including a very wide variety of foods, including fresh pancakes, waffles, eggs made to order, as well as a full range of continental options, fresh fruit juices and smoothies.

A twenty minute walk to the Lake to see the statue of Zlatorog the goat, swim and paddle board. 

Really exceptional place and we would love to visit again.

We stayed here for a week through an Inghams Walking package and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. We had a most spacious and well appointed  room with balcony looking across to the Julian Alps. Breakfast choices were excellent with everything you could imagine available and fresh eggs offered.  The staff were most friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English (we picked up a smattering of Slovenian by the end of our week’s stay but it is a difficult language to grasp). Kranjska Gora is a lovely village with a good choice of restaurants shops and museums and a great base for walking. Local buses to transfer you along the valleys are plentiful and cheap. A stunning walking area and a beautiful country.
