The waitress (40-50 short dark hair female) very rude. Never going to return to this Grindewald town to spend my money. I was drinking my coffee, plugged my computer to work a little and she got instantly mad. No no for me.

Rude staff

Made an unexpected stop here as weather conditions meant I couldn't hike up to a mountain hut for the night. Asked at the desk if a bed was available, and it was. Dormitory style, shared with several quiet and pleasant tourists from Asia. Spotlessly clean and hot showers. Fairly priced. Ordered a rosti at the restaurant and it was excellent. Hotel provided free vouchers for the bus to/from Grindelwald. Would come back.
