We are truly sorry that your experience was affected by this incident. After your departure, we did indeed notice damage to the television in the apartment you occupied. I had direct communication with you regarding this matter, and since the booking was made through a tour operator, our sales department then took over the case.

We make every effort to maintain a high standard of quality across all our equipment, but unfortunately, some items can occasionally suffer damage. However, in light of your demonstration of good faith, we chose not to pursue this claim further.

We regret that this situation may have impacted your memory of your stay. Please rest assured that we will be more rigorous in our inspections going forward, in order to prevent such issues for you and for our future guests.

We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again, and we will ensure special care and attention on your next visit.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife and son and was planning a return next year with a larger group. That was until we were accused (after departing for the airport), of damaging the TV. They sent pictures of "a" tv with scratches to the screen and said they would keep 300 of the 400 euro deposit we paid on arrival. I immediately contested this as we definitely had not done any damage and they dropped the charge to 250. Despite repeated emails they refused to reply and TUI said it was an issue between the hotel and ourselves.  I contacted my credit card provider and registered a dispute and received a full refund. Despite having 45 days to provide evidence of damage to the credit card company they didn't bother and I kept my money.  I would definitely think twice before booking with GCH Residences again.
