This was  our third annual trip to this wonderful hotel in the Italian Alps.  We loved it so much the first time that returning became a tradition, and each stay has been just as memorable as the last.  Bruce and his team are fabulous. They create an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and refined, and they go out of their way to make every guest feel welcome. Their genuine care is a huge part of what makes this hotel so special.
The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and welcoming, but the real magic begins when you step onto the balcony overlooking the ski hill and the town below. Waking up to that view is something we look forward to all year. Every room we have stayed in has been impeccably maintained. The beds are cozy, the layout is thoughtful, and everything feels fresh and cared for—exactly what you want after a long day on the slopes.
Breakfast is delivered to your room.  The on‑site restaurant for dinner is, without exaggeration, the best we have ever eaten in. The food is exceptional, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. The service is just as impressive—attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. Dining here is an experience in itself.
The skiing is fantastic—easy access, great conditions, and plenty of terrain for all levels. We have visited with both family and friends, and each trip has been equally wonderful. There’s truly something for everyone.

We have just returned from the most lovely week at La Cresta Chalet.  The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful, our apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped and the bed was really comfortable.  The bar area is atmospheric and the food in the restaurant is excellent.  As others have mentioned, breakfast arrives outside your door in a basket which we found a relaxing start to the day.  For us, the location was perfect as it was about 30 meters to the slope and a short downhill to the main gondola.  Any concerns about being slightly out of town are dealt with as the chalet staff will happily take you and pick you up from town. It all just worked and we had a great week.

Wonderful location, near slopes, great food at restaurant La Stella del Cervino( we have new tasty experience  every day, congratulations to chef), a friendly staff ( special thanks to Bruce). 
We hope to came back next winter season.

All suites are south-facing, ensuring large private balconies with stunning alpine views.
