The hotel has an enviable position on the edge of a golf course with fantastic views of Mont Blanc and the ski lift.  Close enough to walk into Chamonix on decent width pavements.  Chamonix itself has  a great range of restaurants but we ate just a short walk across the golf course at the nearest place as it was -14 degrees.  There is a restaurant on site at the golf course, but take a mortgage if you want to eat there and it is starched table cloths which might not be what you want. The hotel itself needs a face lift.  I haven't seen a brown corduroy  sofa in a lounge area since the 1970s!  So position good, friendly staff but a bit dated.

Lovely charming hotel. Fantastic service at all times. Close to the cable cars for Flegere and only around a 10 min bus ride into Chamonix for town and other slopes.

Hotel was warm and clean. Used the spa on both evenings which was clean and accessible. Lovely bar and sitting area with log fire.

All in all, a really lovely comfortable stay.

Overview: We loved this hotel, it was super close to the slopes and only a short bus ride into town for bars/restaurants. Picturesque views from our room and just such a cosy vibe!

Pros: I’ll start off by saying, the whole vibe of this hotel is perfect for what we were looking for. Cosy chalet vibes, beautifully decorated. The spa is probably the best part! It was always empty when we went after a day of skiing so we got to enjoy the jacuzzi and views to ourselves.  

Room: we booked last minute so they only had superior twin room available which was still lovely although not ideal being a twin but never mind. Rooms are lovely with amazing views of Mont Blanc. Shower was great and beds super comfy. 

Cons:
The guy on reception was kind of rude during our stay. He wouldn’t really greet us and didn’t give any info on the hotel,  breakfast/check out time/spa info etc. Nevertheless we still would book again. 

10/10 would book again!

However, we would like to clarify that we do not advertise ski passes as included in the room rate. It seems that your family booked through a tour operator, Lovelyholidays, who in turn made the room reservation on a third party reservation platform.

The email in question came to us as a general inquiry about what was included with a ski pass, which we, of course, responded to. We aim to provide clear and helpful information. While we do sell ski passes at the reception, they are not included in the room rate.
We did our best to explain this at the reception, but we understand that there were some language barriers that may have caused confusion. We truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused and hope this explanation helps clarify the situation.

About the stay, it was good, but with some very negative points. For example, the hotel description says that ski pass and laundry are included. Before going, I sent an email detailing these details. The hotel replied by email that it was included in the travel package I paid for. When I got there, they denied it. Even though I showed them the email they replied to, they said they didn't know about this type of service. This was extremely disrespectful to the customer. This is false advertising.
