I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I have been here for 3 nights, and every single night there has been loud noise coming from the room next to us, spreading through the corridors.
It is currently 3 a.m., and a large group of guests in the adjacent room is shouting, laughing very loudly, banging on walls and doors, and playing loud music, which can be clearly heard in our room and throughout the hallway.
We contacted the reception and informed the hotel about the noise, but no effective action was taken. The noise continued for hours, and no one came to properly control the situation.
A hotel that cannot ensure basic quiet hours at night and does not react to guest complaints is not worth recommending.
I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values sleep and peace.

Horrible

Looks like a 2 starts hotel rather then 4 stars. Dirty room, walls,  furniture, the heat was off and on, the food is poor and not variaty. I would never came here again and I dont recomand. This is the second room after I complain about the firts. I am sorry that I didnt took picture to the first room, was worst.

Apart hotel Maria-Antoaneta Residence is a magnificent three-star hotel in a privileged location at the heart of the picturesque mountain village Bansko, skiing and leisure resort.The hotel is a perfect setting for a fun-packed family holiday, a ski holiday, a romantic getaway, a sports break or training camp, at any time of year.It offers a great selection of studios, 1 and two bedroom apartments, most of them with marvelous and unforgettable views towards the town of Bansko, Rila, Pirin and Rodopi mountains.
