A comfortable hotel in Bad Gastein, a good breakfast, free parking and wi-if but there were some details that important to know-
No air conditioning in room  (most days AC not essential but in hot days it could be a disadvantage)
The hotel is relatively close to the main road, it could be disturbing for light sleepers
No elevator - we were at the second floor (not a big pleasure to take the valises up…)
Only one of the wall plugs were available in the room  (2 if you disconnect the TV), the others, probably, were intentionally disabled by the hotel (look at picture), we had more than 2 devices to charge which made it complicated…

A comfortable place to stay but…,

Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv District

Extremely impolite manager and staff, who in the third day of our holiday started to charge us for the tap water at the dinner. Also if you didn't arrive in the first 30 min since dinner started, you may be left with very few  choices (  being an opened buffet) for your meal.
Even more, if you leave a dirty towel on the bathroom floor, they will kindly fold it and put it back on the shelf with the clean ones ! 
 Very disappointing !

The unusual connection of art and the Alpine nature. The newly opened Residence AlpenHeart underwent a partial renovation in 2016, during which the artworks from many important Czech artists was placed into the the hotel interior. We offer to our guests seven room categories. Total capacity is 49 beds and 29 extra beds.
