Myself and my husband stayed at hotel des neiges for 3 nights. After a rocky start (wrong hotel booked), the owner was so helpful and managed to get us a last minute stay on a busy weekend. The hotel was basic and clean, you don't need more after a day on the slopes, just a hot shower, warm room and a comfy bed. Good location and amazing staff!

I only had to stay here one night but that was interesting to say the things it says that are in the room are not a room with carpet it was a Wooden floor and room with a bath - a doggey shower, the guy who must be the owner never smiles always grumpy the only good bit was the breakfast which you couldn’t fault

You get what you pay for.
At first sight the infrastructure has had its best time. Still, we enjoyed our stay. We had a clean bed and bath, a simple but good breakfast, helpful staff and a good drink and talk at the bar.
The perfect place to stay for the traveler or for the tourist who wants to become one.

No nonsense

Beware when booking Hotel des Neiges through Booking.com.  I have used Booking.com many times and paid at the hotel on arrival or departure. Unknown to me, I was immediately charged the full balance  of £1492.87 by Hotel des Neiges without even being notified.  I have spent the past  8 weeks emailing and phoning trying to get all of my money back after immediately cancelling and am still £120 out of pocket due to fluctuating exchange rates. People should be warned that free cancellation does not mean that you will not be immediately charged in full and have to fight for weeks on end to get your money back and still never get it all. I will never use Booking.com or book Hotel des Neiges again as I simply can't afford to lose another £120 and 8 weeks of my time. Hotel des Neiges have been extremely unhelpful and their customer service has been appalling.

Was here with friends to participate in la marmotte. 
The rooms were small, but clean, had a nice view. The hotel is located close to everything. The hotel offered a big room, with surveillance, to our bikes.
The breakfast was quite all right, bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, coffe, juice & serials.
Good value for the money!
