Thank you for sharing your feedback on your stay. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the welcome from our team, the restaurant, and the ideal location of our establishment. We take your comments very seriously, as they help us to improve the clarity of our information and the experience of our guests.  

Regarding the pool, we understand your disappointment. Access to the wellness area with its indoor swimming pool is an alternative option, available at an additional cost. Details (opening hours, prices, conditions of access for children) are available on the residence's website. We regret that this information was not communicated to you clearly enough when you made your reservation. 

Your description of the room layout has also been taken into account. We do indeed state in our marketing materials that some types of accommodation have a sofa bed. Your comments regarding the common areas and ski lockers have been noted. 

We are sincerely sorry that your experience was not entirely satisfactory. We hope that, thanks to the qualities you have highlighted, we will have another opportunity to welcome you in conditions that perfectly meet your expectations.

The hotel is not bad but there are a few things which really need addressing.

1. I stayed with my 9 year old daughter, the room was fine for us but it would not be ok for 2 adults. It’s tiny and you sleep on a sofa bed. In total it’s the same size as an average home bedroom 3.5m x 5m but this includes bathroom and kitchen. DO NOT book one of these rooms for 2 adults. You’ll kill each other.

2. The hotel does NOT have a swimming pool in the winter. It is full of snow! They have a spa which has a circuit pool in it. This is lovely, however it costs €25 per person per trip EXTRA! Children are only allowed in between 10-12 (when they’re skiing) or on a Wednesday afternoon. This is NOT made clear either on the hotel website or when booking through a tour operator. Our operator gave us 20% of the holiday cost back because this was one almighty mess. We had booked it FOR THE POOL!! Lots of other guests very upset about this, English and French. 

3. There are NO communal
Spaces other than the reception or the restaurant so you are stuck in your room.

4. Staff were amazing, the restaurant was lovely and the position was perfect, although if you have kids you will need a locker at the base of the slopes - another €70.

There is NO swimming pool in winter.
