As this small family run hotel building is just little over a decade old all is still new and modern and the spacious rooms and bathrooms have large balconies attached to them offering nice views of the surrounding mountains due to its quiet location on the edge of the small village of Hollersbach. I could park my bike safely in the vast purpose built bike/ski cellar room with direct access from outside. Breakfast had been also good with a chance for a small talk with another nice elderly guest couple from Switzerland and the landlady herself.

We stayed 3 nights (me, my wife and my daughters) in this hotel. We stayed in 2 rooms apartment with full kitchen equipment - the apartment is fully modern with 2 bathrooms. It is on the 3rd floor but there is big elevator so it was not an issue. We also had free good Wi-Fi connection in the apartment. The owners are very kind - they gave us full information as we needed and also gave us guest card that gave us discount of 10% for the cable-car to Kitzenhorn mountain summit. I highly recommend this hotel, don't miss it!!! You'll enjoy it for sure!!!

Probably one of the nicest places we stayed in all 10 days of our trip to Austria. The owner was a delight. We stayed in one of the rooms and if you want a quality place, this is where you need to stay. Beautifully tiled bathroom with large tiled shower. The room had a very nice balcony. This hotel is in a quiet place, just like being home. Everything about this place screamed quality. Wish all the hotels we stayed at were as nice as this one and priced as good. Don't miss it.
