If it wasn't for the location I would have given this hotel 0 stars.. Absolute joke of a place, arrived at the hotel at 2pm from the transfer to be greated to a shut reception that didn't open till 4pm noone there to drop out bags or anything with, despite it snowing extremely heavy and also having 3 young children. Eventually got checked in only to be told that we only had one set of bed linen despite booking as a family of 5 so had to get that sorted. Arrived at the room very very old and outdated, 2 small electric heaters in the full apartment that wouldn't warm a dog shed. No TV or WiFi despite it claiming so on the information. Very small room for a family of 5 yes I understand this is a cheap option for hotels which is was and I carnt complain about the price or the location to the slopes which was great. Checked out early morning, loaded the dishwasher and started the cycle stripped all beds and put linens in the bathtub for the cleaner, even mopped the floors even though it stated on the website stays of 1-6 days included the end of stay cleaning charge. Only for them to keep £120 of my deposit for a cleaning charge when I arrived home. Absolutely shocking hotel take my advice and pay a little extra for something a bit better

Check-in issues and poor communication spoiled the stay. We were given the wrong room twice, not told about free cleaning, and only received enough towels after complaining.
