We came down from our hotel , to eat here for my husband’s birthday July 2024 & really enjoyed our meal. 
We were just going to have a drink, but then decided to stay out , as it was hot, comfy seats & we could sit outside. 
The young lady that serves us, also could speak  a little English & helped us with the food , as some things had an English explanation.

The hotel is centrally located in the middle of a small village. It is right next to the church and this is not ideal for a good nights sleep as the bells go off 78 times at 6am.....no idea why 78 times, but it does, and we did count every morning for our 7 night stay!
As an overall, I would say the staff were friendly and really nice, but the management team were rude from the outset. One example of this - we emailed in advance of asked if a kettle in the room, and were informed that they would put one in the room. There was no kettle on arrival, so we asked at reception and were told, lots of babies in the hotel and they take priority.....I only counted one! I then returned to the reception later in the day when the owner was not there, and the nice friendly reception lady gave us a brand new kettle...allbeit very difficult to get mugs to make a drink, but they did reluctantly give us 2 mugs!
The bar was very small and could only take around 15 people before it was full, and you could not get a drink easily as there was only one barman to help. The choice of drinks was good, more expensive than on the mountain, which is unusual for a ski resort.
We were placed in the "cold" conservatory area of the restaurant for the week due to our party being 8, as the main restaurant only took tables of up to 4, unless you were "family".
On a whole the food was very good...with a choice of main meal, one meat, one fish and one vegetarian. I will quickly refer to the fish, there was a large tank at the entrance to the hotel crammed full of fish....not really a nice welcome if I'm honest!
The restaurant staff were friendly on a whole with only a couple of exceptions. 
I just wanted to take the time to highlight the Christmas Eve Gala dinner...7 courses. We were told to be seated at 6pm for dinner...in a very forceful way!!
We sat down and shortly our courses started to arrive at a nice pace until we had finished our 5th course, (the main course came as the 6th course!) Our service then stopped for the next 90 minutes while we had to listen to children singing and playing musical instruments, Santa visit, speeches from the Managements and a vast array of German for what seemed like forever while we waited for our main course. The main restaurant and "family" areas had already been served and we had to keep waiting. 
We went to reception and complained as were waiting and were told in no uncertain terms, "If you British wanted some food, you could go out and get it!" Shocking....we eventually finished our dinner around 10.30 having sat down at 6pm!! Clearly this is no good for anyone!!
That being said every other night the food was lovely and well served as we wanted.
The rooms were typically Austrian in design, wooden and relatively basic, probably not 4 star. No towel radiator or heating in the bathroom.
We were placed in the main hallway (room 16) on the first floor and there were regularly kids running around the adults talking outside our room.
The spa area was lovely as was the swimming pool, but there were regularly un supervised kids running around the pool, and in the spa, which was clearly signposted as over 14, but nobody seemed to care. 
In summary:
- Central location....next to the church (mind the morning bells) Not ski to door
- Good food, minus the Christmas Eve celebration.
- Small bar - far too small to enjoy!
- Friendly staff
- Rude, in fact very rude, Owners
- Nice spa and pool - nosey with children
- They don't appear to like British people!
- Why place a fish tank at the entrance?!
