Four of us stayed at Kaiserhof during our 4 day snowboarding trip in Rauris. The rooms were warm and clean, although they do need a bit of an update, design wise, but then again it is a traditional Austrian house. The beds were comfy so we had a good and cozy sleep. Would have liked to find at least a small shower gel in the bathroom but we did anticipate the possibility of not having that so we brought our own. 
The owner and his mom were very nice and helpful and breakfast was basic continental but plenty of it, so we were ok food wise until lunch. 
All in all, we had a good stay.

We stayed here for a week at New year 2013/14. We found the pension to be very clean, warm and comfortable. The furnishings were traditonal and some features eg tiling rather dated but functional. Breakfast was a simple continental style but with plenty eat and drink. Eddie,the owner was most helpful and friendly. For basic accommodation we couldn't fault it.

Kaiserhof pension (because it's not a hotel) hasn't been refreshed since it was opened, so using bathroom's staff isn't a pleasurable experiance. Rooms are dirty and ugly, but this might be a positive thing, cause I did everything to go out. What's more, the staff (especially owner and his mother) are very unkind, they can be aggressive in some situation. Frankly, I recommend Rauris - it's lovely place, but definitely not Kaiserhof.
