Best time to ski in El Tarter
El Tarter's ski season runs from December to April, but the absolute best time for fresh snow in the Pyrenees is in February and March - perfect timing for half term! If you fancy a festive ski holiday without the crowds, Andorra is a swell place to hang out. Plus, it's much easier on the wallet too!
Things to do in El Tarter
For some lively apres ski music and dancing, L'Abarset always gets the party going. Grab a cocktail, throw your hands in the air, and bop to live DJs on the terrace. Looking for something more laid back? Feast on gastro pub grub and sip on cold beer in Dylans.
During the day, you can explore multiple snowshoeing routes, bomb it around on a snowmobile, or even jump on a husky dog sledge. Mush! And don't forget to take advantage of the duty-free shopping - neighbouring Soldeu's retail scene is on point.
