If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We arrived here for a family vacation (4 adults, 4 small children), expecting the "8.0 Fabulous" rated hotel promised on Booking.com.
​Do not trust that rating – it is a complete fraud. The reality was a nightmare that forced us to check out after the very first night.
​Here is the truth about this property:
​Health Hazard: We booked "Non-Smoking" rooms, yet the entire place smelled suffocatingly of cigarettes. It was a serious health risk for our babies.
​No Clean Water: There was NO hot water. Even worse, the water that did come out was brown and dirty. We couldn't even bathe our children.
​Severe Safety Issues: We found exposed electrical sockets in the room (deadly for toddlers!). The entrance to the hotel requires crossing a dangerous road with no safe access.
​Appalling Service: When we reported the lack of water, the staff was aggressive and rude, claiming we "didn't know how to use a faucet." When we fled the hotel days early, they didn't even bother to ask why.
​Filth: Dirty floors, broken toilet, and dirty dishes in the dining area.
​WARNING TO TRAVELERS:
Do not be fooled by the high score on Booking.com like we were. This property is neglected, unsafe, and falsely advertised. Booking.com is promoting a health hazard as a "Fabulous" hotel. STAY AWAY.
