Very disappointing experience.

The hotel is dirty, and not well maintained – cleanliness is far below basic standards. Judging by the condition, I guess there are only two cleaning ladies for the whole hotel.

One night, the air conditioner was blowing directly on the kids all night. We couldn’t turn it off because the remote was broken. 

No one was at the reception during the night – after 10 calls, someone finally answered half-asleep and said they didn’t know how to help.

The food is expensive and not tasty. They didn’t want to give a child even one scoop of ice cream just 6 minutes after the kitchen "closed". At the bar, you can sit at a table for 20 minutes and nobody will come to ask if you want anything.

It’s clear that some of the staff really don’t want to be there!

Because of how dirty the rooms were, I didn’t even want to look at the spa. 

The gym is okay.

I strongly recommend driving 15–20 minutes to eat at local restaurants – the food and service are much better.
(Try Umoljani, Šabići…)

I understand it’s not winter season, but if the hotel is open, they should still maintain basic standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality.

The hotel has great potential because of its location, but in its current condition, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We are leaving 3 days earlier.



dirty hotel with unfriendly staff – not recommended.

It was my first time at Bjelašnica, and I have already recommended to all my friends to visit this mountain of unreal nature. Summer on the mountain may be even more beautiful than winter! Hotel Nomad is highly recommended, and in my opinion, deserves five stars: the interior is fantastic, authentic, and every detail is well thought out; the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in; everything is sparkling clean, and the hosts and all the staff are always smiling, kind, and ready to answer any question and provide the best recommendations for enjoying the mountain. Coffee on the hotel terrace, in unreal silence, fresh mountain air, and with a view of the forest, is something you must treat yourself to. This was an unforgettable trip that I recommend to everyone!"
