Beautiful location, convenient for Malcescine and Riva del Garda. We experienced very friendly and helpful staff, especially Monica and Christina. We arrived late one evening and Monica checked us in rapidly and called to make sure that the restaurant where we were going for dinner was still open as most shut at 10 pm!

We stopped by this hotel to have a light lunch and watch the lake. 
Reception area was empty with no staff to be seen. Popped into the bathroom while waiting. When I came out a staff member who later identified as the owner began screaming at me for not seeking her “permission” to use the bathroom.  I have never experienced this type of behaviour in all of my years visiting Italy.
I tried explaining that we had waited in reception but found no staff.
Many guests could be seen alarmed by this behaviour and asked if I was ok.
On this experience alone, this hotel should be avoided!

Aggressive Owner

Wonderful, small boutique hotel, right on the lake front just outside the town of Malcesine. The breakfast was very nice, with a good choice and all fresh and well presented. The host Cristina was so attentive as were the rest of the team. Constantly checking we had enjoyed our stay and the facilities on offer. The view from our room 105 was fabulous and just what we were expecting with sun beds and a small table and chairs on the large terrace. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was rainfall and  very powerful. All in all a great stay in a beautiful place. Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel with a view to die for - but the thing that made our stay so exceptional was the hospitality and professionalism of Cristina, the owner and her staff, especially Monica. We were greeted by name from the moment we walked in the door. The breakfast was delicious, with very high quality ingredients and our request for a kettle in the room was met immediately. They gave us excellent advice for local things to do and we really felt at home. It has been one of the nicest hotel stays we have had in many years.
