Fully enjoyed our stay here. Its a small traditional Italian hotel with very friendly staff. Our room was  perfectly acceptable, well maintained spotlessly clean with large comfortable bed  and good shower and bathroom. Lovely to have  breakfast overlooking the lake. We also had full  view of the lake and resteraunts from our balcony, gorgeous!  Really good small hotel in great position for everything. Would recommend!

Made to move tables mid meal  after being asked to sit there by a waiter to allow people to join friends.    I should have said No but moved anyway.  Told why should I have a table for 4. But. WAS told to sit there. Not happy.  Made to feel like a second class citizen

We have just returned home from this hotel and all I can say really is that we are longing to go back. The location is fantastic and so convenient for the buses and the ferries and the shops.. Also if you just want to sit in their lovely adjoining restaurant with fabulous food and drink and a wonderful ambience and watch the world go by..it's the perfect place. 

The rooms are absolutely fine..perfect for resting out of the sun with good air con and enough English TV channels to keep you amused..BBC  1 and 2, ITV 1 and 2 and Eurosport. The shower cubicle could be bigger but more than adequate for what we needed. ..it would be lovely to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but I can see why they wouldn't.

The staff who are on Reception, the cleaners who keep the place spotless and the lovely waiters are  what makes this place even better. They work so hard but they make everyone feel very special. 

Can't wait to go back.

Perfectly located hotel with lovely breakfast that you can enjoy looking over the lake. The rooms are basic but functional and cleaning staff keep the whole place spotless. The reception and bar staff/waiters are all lovely and the food in the evenings is tasty and good value
