Dear Rayandjulie_ann, thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with our evening meals and shuttle service did not fully meet your expectations — this is certainly not the impression we want any of our guests to leave with.
Regarding the restaurant, I regret that the dishes did not completely satisfy you. You are right that, on one occasion, the potatoes served were undercooked. As soon as this was noticed, they were replaced, and the following evening our team prepared a different side dish with more vegetables to offer greater variety. The next morning, we sent a bottle of sparkling wine and a selection of pastries to your room, along with my card, as a small gesture of apology and an invitation to meet and speak in person that evening. My colleagues and I — including the Chef, his assistant Andrea, our Maître Mina, Gloria, and Federico — were all available and happy to listen to your concerns directly.
As for the shuttle service, I have personally checked with the team who manage our transfers, and no issues were reported on the days mentioned. According to our procedure, if the driver does not find guests at the meeting point at the scheduled time, he contacts the hotel and waits an additional 15 minutes to allow for any possible delay. I’m sorry if there was any misunderstanding, and we will certainly review our communication process to ensure everything is even clearer in the future.
Your feedback is appreciated and it helps us continue to improve and offer a smoother, more enjoyable experience for all our guests. I truly hope that, despite these inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy some relaxing and memorable moments by beautiful Lake Garda.

Currently staying at this hotel which and the evening meal food is dreadful not al a carte as advertised they have one menus advertised in the lift and outside the hotel and another for the guests it’s just not acceptable to serve food like this in a ??4 star hotel I have posted photos and complained to the hotel staff and all they did was add fries to the menu instead of the 3 potato’s they have been serving to us nightly don’t recommend this hotel they also have a free shuttle service which left us  in bardalino and the next day didn’t bother to pick us up with no explanation
