We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at the Villa Enrica Feel Good hotel. Our junior suite was generously sized with more than enough room to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The balcony had views of the lake and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! It's worth noting that the center of Riva, where most of the restaurants are located was an approx. 10 minute walk away. This was absolutely no issue for us - the walk along the lakefront was beautiful - but worth keeping in mind for families who may not want to walk so much.

The staff was so friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful. The decor and facilities felt luxurious. Very well positioned close to cafes/restaurants/lake front/Riva centre. We chose the Lounge Suite Lilli with its own terrace with hot tub and sauna and a lake view which we loved. We had a lovely dinner at the Ore 24 restaurant, we especially liked the cocktails, the team remembered that it was our wedding anniversary and sent us a special treat. Good value for money for the quality of facilities, location and level of service. Highly recommended.

We must give a special mention to the staff, especially Revi on the front desk. My husband had a bike accident leaving him needing hospital treatment, Revi went above and beyond to help us and the whole team was so kind to us throughout our stay, we would like to send them a massive thank you.
