Il Bagnolo Eco Lodge

Gardone Riviera

We spent five days here. We booked an eco lodge room at far end of buildings (walkway maybe not for people with serious mobility issues).  I had researched this agriturismo, so was well aware (as I have some mobility issue) that the restaurant access would require us to get in the car: restaurant is welcoming and food is very good (traditional Italian). Location is superb: up in the hills with lovely views  (hairpin roads and so nightime driving maybe discouraged!).  Pool is small but visitors took turns, so worked well for us.  Very much a family affair with production of cheese and charcuterie meat etc.  We felt totally relaxed and sad to leave.

Absolute pleasure

It looks very different from the pictures which are seriously photoshopped. 
The smell inside is like is hard to describe, the acces is terrible. 
The view is false also, you don’t see the lake from the lodge. 
We arrive, two couples with three  kids and we decided to cancel even if we lost the entire amount. 
The place looked completely derelict and unsafe.
