I booked an apartment for 2 nights. We were so excited when we arrived, because the location and house are beautiful. Few hours after check in we started noticing big bugs (ca 1,5-2 cm x 1 cm in size). They appeared to be stinky bugs. They were in different  places: on the curtains, lamps, walls, sofa.. in the living room and bedroom. I took over 10 of them out, but new kept appearing. In total I saw probably 20-30 bugs. We refused to sleep there. The owner Daniela came to check the place, saw the bugs and said everything is normal. According to her these bugs are normal in this house and that it is our problem if we dont accept it. I have been to italy ca 20 times and never seen them before. And in this price range you dont expect to live with big bugs. Because it was too late for finding another place, we ended up sleeping in the car in their parking lot (they provided us with blankets).  In the morning I asked for a refund and cancellation. Daniela refused, stating, that nothing was wrong with the apartment. The owner was extremely rude and started yelling at us in front of other guests (something I have never experienced in my life) and demanded us to leave. We left in the morning at 9 after spent 1 night in the car and paid full price for 2 nights. The whole experience for us was horrible due to the bugs and extremely rude owner.
