The apartment was cold, the shower drain didn’t work, no hot shower, unplugged personal devices, the coffee pot was broken, and there was no iron as shown in the listing. Deborah, the owner says, just write me..I can’t keep writing to you about every little issue—these things should simply work, and there were far too many problems to list.

This residence was exceptional!!
We stayed in the Deluxe Apartment as a family of four.  A 6 year old and 18month, the apartment really does deserve the title Deluxe as it was truly home from home.  The apartment was very clean, all the essentials provided. E.g, washing machine, clotheshorse, cookery and most important for me was the coffee machine.
The bathroom was luxurious as well, I  woke up extra early in order to stand under that shower head without no disturbance from my family.
The apartment is well soundproof as we were not able to hear the other guests, unless they were going through the main entrance door.
The apartment is in a great location, just 10min walk to Riva Del Garda, so there is a shopping mall with restaurants and a Coop if you need any groceries etc.
The host Debora was amazing, nothing big or small was a issue for her, she was always able to accommodate.
As a family we felt safe, secure and absolutely happy staying here.
If there is availability we will be returning next year to stay at this residence.
The only issue is we were not able to give it more than 5 rating as we would most certainly would give it 10!!!

Debora and her mother run residence apartments in Riva del Garda. All apartments come with a full kitchen plus utensils, dish ware, linens, tv, microwave , and a washing machine. The baths are showers but very clean and the apartments are very comfortable. Of note, there are fans but no air conditioning.
  A nice feature is off street parking at no charge.
  There is a shopping center 200m from the residence with a full grocery store open 7 days a week. A walk to the lake is about 10 min and 15 minutes to the center of Riva del Garda. This our second stay here and won’t be the last!

Residence Desiree is a family-run holiday residence located in Riva del Garda in a quiet area, close to the lake, to the harbour and the beach, and only 15 minutes walking ditance from the town center. The Residence, with two accomodation houses next to each other, offers different types of cozy apartments (all with one seperate bed room): STANDARD, SUPERIOR and DELUXE. The bilo STANDARD apartments are spacious and comfortable, with balcony, at first or second floor. The bilo SUPERIOR apartments are recently renovated with a modern style, they can be at ground floor with a private space outside or at first floor with balcony. The bilo DELUXE apartments are recently buildt and equipped with elegant furniture, with balconies or outside area at ground floor. Every type of apartment has free WiFi. All the apartments are provided with free private parking and from October 2019 there's at your disposal a video surveyed storage room for the bicycles. During the summer, the strategic location of the Residence allows to practice many outdoor sports on the lake and on the surrounding mountains, while during winter time it becomes an interesting location for skiing excursions. The opportunity to appreciate the beautiful landscape of the smallvillages along the lake sides and to visit historical and cultural cities like Trento, Rovereto and Verona makes the offer attractive during the whole year.
