Outstanding, Cristiano runs a super smooth, super clean establishment. It is maintained perfectly, everything is well organised and thought through. He even organised fresh croissants and bread delivered to our door at 0815 every morning for just the cost of the items. I can honestly say I have no criticism. A pool, tennis, table tennis, free bikes and Riva only a 25min walk away, what more do you need! Cristiano also provided excellent local tips and advice and recommended the best restaurants we experienced in the area. He is available pretty much all the time and even dresses immaculately! We had a great time, thanks.

Very well run accommodation, highly recommended.

We just came back having spent a week here. We had a two bedroom flat (two adults and 2 children). It was extremely clean, comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and an excellent balcony. Very good aircon and perfect wifi. We had a bag of croissants delivered to our front door every morning at 8.15am at no extra cost (just the price for the croissants). The pool is a good size, not overcrowded and very clean. Free use of washing machine and tumble dryer too. I cannot fault any part of this stay. It was perfect in every way. Highly recommended. We will be very happy to return for another holiday. Thank you!!!
