This was our third visit to Camping Cisano and definitely our last. The accommodation had several problems (BBQ not working, leaking tap, broken decking, and a dangerously inconsistent shower). The kids pool area is unsafe and filthy – loose ladders, moss, dirt, and even unstable bricks. The slide area is unhygienic, and the stage/lake area often smelled awful. Even basic facilities like the dryer were broken.

On top of that, the campsite feels unsafe for children, with cars, vans, campers, and even bin trucks constantly driving around – often at speed.

Standards have dropped badly, and for the price it’s simply not acceptable. We won’t be returning.

Third time and never again

This is a large campsite, effectively two campsites operating as one and also shares some facilities with the neighbouring Siblu lodges, so it does take some navigating. 
It is well located, right on the banks of the lake. It is around 10 minutes walk to the ferry in Cisano which can take you to any other town on the lake.
It has two nice bar and restaurant areas, one as a terrace overlooking the lake, and other bars around the pools and by the beach, so lots of facilities.
The larger pool with the slides is quite shallow so very safe for children, two larger slides and a good area with bucket and smaller slides. The smaller pool area has two pools, one very shallow with the two small yellow slides shown in the picture, the other is deep so you can swim in it, also hosts aqua aerobics etc.
The lake beach itself is quite small and busy during the peak time, there are steps leading in to the lake or a pier if you prefer.
The shop is large and well stocked, including a bakery.
Eurocamp lodges were well positioned and central to the site so easy access to the shop, beach and both pools. Entertainment is by the beach so no noise issue on the site.
No complaints at all, very pleasant stay.
