We recently stayed at this holiday apartment and had a generally positive experience, with a few things to keep in mind.
 The location is great. It’s very central and within easy walking distance to the lake, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gift left for our dog. 

The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room, although we didn’t use this. The kitchen had pans and cutlery, which made simple cooking easy.
 The apartment wasn’t cleaned at all during our week-long stay, so you’ll need to manage that yourself unless you pay extra. We would have liked a change of towels after a few days but unfortunately you had to pay for that too so we decided not to. 

Also, it’s worth knowing that the kitchen only has a hob. If you want to use a microwave, you’ll need to go downstairs to a shared one.

If your apartment faces the road, it can be quite noisy, especially on the balcony. Inside, the fridge hums loudly at night and the fire alarm’s flashing light can be disruptive in a dark room.

There were no basic cooking essentials like oil, salt or pepper provided, so plan ahead if you intend to cook. Guests are also expected to take out the rubbish at the end of the stay.

Overall, it’s a clean and convenient place, ideal for a short stay of a couple of days, especially if location is your priority.
