Villa Regina is very nice hotel. It is located outside of the city center of Riva del Garda but a lot of restaurants and also shopping mall is 3 minutes of walking. It is also short walk from great beach where you can find shade under pine trees and enjoy the swimming in lake.
Staff of the hotel is really helpful and prepare great breakfast with fresh bakery and local products. In overall we really enjoyed the stay and can recommend it to anyone. Next time in Riva we will again stay here.

A lovely hotel with nice comfy bed and a fantastic breakfast. We had a lovely stay here and would happily come back. The only con was that the parking was a bit tight, and not really enough for all the rooms without blocking people in.

This is my third visit to Riva on work but first time at this bed and breakfast. The stay was very pleasant. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious and inviting and had some nice scenic mountain views.  It is close to a spanking new mall with nice restaurants. A nice 10-15 minute walk to town or the conference center along the lake side.  Finally a comment on the owner -- very helpful and responsive to requests.  I recommend this for business travellers (excellent internet) and families alike.

We enjoyed two nights at Hotel Regina in May. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Large room, but no balcony or mountain view as per description at booking. Excellent breakfast. All the staff friendly and helpful. A little out of town but pleasant walk by lake.

We spent four lovely days at Villa Regina. It's a modest, very clean and modern hotel. Our family room was very generous and stylish. The four of us slept well and we felt right at home. The owner is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is basic but more than sufficient and really yummy. There are plenty of shops, restaurants & cafes within walking distance. The lake is just around the corner. We also appreciated the secure bike storage and will most certainly return. Thanks for a great stay!
