Things I liked :
Amazing staff, very friendly, attentive and helpful. The reception team is fantastic, the girls who clean the rooms are amazing.
And breakfast team is awesome.
The rooms are big enough. Very clean. Bed is comfy.
Liked the bath. Very nice after skiing.
The view is stunning.

Things I didn't like :
It's only one big curtain per room , going through all length, not open in he middle.
So or you open it to get lights and get no privacy, or you stay in the dark, to have no one from outside looking at you.
If it was a transparent curtain under it will be awesome.
Very noisy hotel, bad noise isolation, can hear everything in the corridor, over my room and outside in the street .
ALSO weird for the price that we have to take our bins out, do our dishes and take off bed sheets etc...
Ourselves.
No veggies options or no beans at breakfast. For 20$ its a lot of money for not much options and choices.
So yes glad the staff in the hotel were absolutely 💯 awesome, to compensate the rest.

Amazing staff, not convinced by the accommodation

We were incorrectly charged tourist tax by the hotel. Something they revealed by accident when we asked to settle our bill for breakfast. They decided not to charge for breakfast, but still owed us an outstanding balance. They did not refund us on the day but asked that we email our details. Despite repeated attempts to gain the refund they have still not done so. Fellow travellers beware.

Failure to Process a Refund

Nice modern well maintained apartments.  

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with our daughter having the sofa bed in the lounge.  The kitchen was fully equipped.  The bathroom had a full bath with over head shower. 

The bedroom had a king size bed which was very comfortable.  Only negatives are that the pillows weren’t too great and there was very limited storage.  For 3 people there was 2 small wall cupboards in the bedroom so we did end up living out of the suitcase.  

We stayed over New Year and on NY Eve there were fireworks at 6.30pm and again later in the evening.

The resort itself is quite sprawling.  We didn’t know the area and whilst it was fairly central to Bergers (where the main ski lifts are) you really do need to do your research in relation to rentals, lessons and where you need to be when. 

There is a restaurant next to the accommodation which was very nice and lots of other great places to eat in the town.
